We offer multiple bible studies, small groups, and short terms classes to help you connect to others in the congregation, community, and grow in your faith walk.
GRIEF SHARE – A support group designed specifically for people who are coping with loss. Workbooks cost $30. A new group begins meeting on September 10, 2024.
LEADERLESS BIBLE STUDY – This group meets every Tuesday from 4 pm until 5pm to take a closer look at God’s Word: what it says, what it means, and how we can apply it to our daily lives. Currently the group is looking at the Old Testament book of Proverbs. All are welcomed.
SOUL FOOD – This is a reading group for women meets the first Wednesday of every month from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. Each month a new book is selected for discussion at the next meeting. Lunch follows the meeting.
FIBER TIME – A group of knitting and/or crocheting fans meets weekly on Thursdays from 2 pm to 4 pm to work on individual and/or group projects. All skill levels welcome including those who have the desire to learn a new skill.
INTERDENOMINATIONAL PRAYER GROUP – Meets the third Thursday of every month to pray over submissions to prayer boxes placed throughout the community.
MEMBERSHIP/CONFIRMATION CLASSES – Held upon demand, these classes meet to discuss the meaning of being a Christian in today’s world and discovering how the teachings of John Wesley and the process called Methodism fits into one’s daily walk with God.
THE CARD-PLAYING GROUP – This group meets the fourth Monday of every month from 2 pm until 4 pm to play Euchre. Everyone is welcome.
